What we collect

• Things you submit: audit requests, class registrations, Pitch Room posts, service enquiries.
• Payment records: Stripe handles your card; we keep the plan, status, and customer reference.
• Usage analytics: anonymised page and click events so we can see which pages help owners.

Why we collect it

To run your account, personalise planning tools, deliver classes and reports you asked for, process payments, prevent abuse, and improve the site. We do not sell your personal information.

AI features

When you use the assistant, planner, or audit, the details you provide are sent to an AI provider to generate a response. Do not paste account numbers, contract numbers, or other sensitive identifiers.

Who we share with

Only the services that make the site work: our hosting and database provider, Stripe for payments, Resend for email delivery, our AI provider, and PostHog for analytics. Each receives only what it needs.

Email

We send account, class, and report emails you have asked for. Marketing email is optional and off unless you tick the box; every marketing email has an unsubscribe link.

Your choices

You can edit your ownership details at any time from your profile, and you can ask us to delete your account and associated records. Email bluegreeninsider@gmail.com and we will confirm once it is done.

Retention and security

We keep records for as long as your account is active, plus what we need for tax and accounting. Access is restricted, data is encrypted in transit, and private records are readable only by you and site administrators.
