Bluegreen Insider Pro is an independent publication and toolkit for timeshare owners. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Bluegreen Vacations, Hilton Grand Vacations, Hilton Worldwide, RCI, or any airline or credit card issuer. All trademarks belong to their owners and are referenced only to describe the products we write about.
Educational information, not advice
Everything on this site — including calculators, planners, AI-generated answers, and class content — is general information for education. It is not financial, legal, or tax advice, and it is not a substitute for your own contract documents. Point charts, fees, rules, and availability change without notice. Always confirm details with your contract and the operating club before you book or buy.
Your account
You are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for activity under your account. Provide accurate information, and let us know if you believe your account has been used without permission. We may suspend accounts used for abuse, scraping, resale of our content, or attempts to bypass usage limits.
Memberships and payments
Paid memberships renew automatically at the interval you selected until you cancel. You can cancel at any time from your account billing page; access continues until the end of the paid period. Classes and one-off services are charged at the price shown at checkout. Payments are processed by Stripe; we never store your card details.
Refunds
If a paid class or service does not take place, you receive a full refund. For memberships, contact us within 7 days of a charge if something has gone wrong and we will work it out with you in good faith.
Community content
Owner submissions, including Pitch Room posts and reviews, are the views of the people who wrote them. Do not post personal details of other people, confidential documents, or anything defamatory. We may edit or remove submissions.
Limits of liability
The site is provided as-is. To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for losses arising from decisions you make based on the site, including bookings, upgrades, or purchases.
